Focus on Speed and Reliability: DriveX24 on Its Partnership with Choice 

Choice Marketing (CM): Thank you very much for taking the time to speak with us. Please introduce yourself briefly. 

Özkan Yüksel (OY): I am the managing director of DriveX24 Car Rental. In my day-to-day work, I focus on sales and revenue-generating activities in the back office. We operate a fleet of 140 vehicles and focus primarily on long-term rentals. 

CM: You’ve been working with Choice for some time now. What motivated you to partner with Choice? 

OY: When we founded our company, we weren’t able to serve all our customers with our own fleet. Through recommendations and our own research, we came across Choice. The quick response and personalized support from the team (Marc Oelhorn and Jonas Tausend) won us over right away.  

CM: What criteria were particularly important to you when selecting a provider? 

OY: Speed and reliability are crucial to us. With Choice, I was able to request vehicles on Monday and pick them up as early as Wednesday—other providers didn’t offer that level of efficiency. 

CM: What challenges do you face in your work, and how has Choice helped you overcome them? 

OY: Securing vehicles on short notice is a recurring challenge for us. Choice has provided us with reliable support in this area—both during peak demand periods and when handling claims. We’ve always been able to count on them for pragmatic and quick solutions. 

CM: Can you give a specific example of the success of your collaboration with Choice? 

OY: The rapid provision of vehicles during peak demand periods has been a great success. When a customer needs a vehicle on short notice, I can count on Choice to make it happen. 

CM: What was your experience with the Choice team like? 

OY: The communication and support provided by the team—especially by Jonas Tausend—are outstanding. Even when challenges arise, we work together to find a solution. 

CM: Would you recommend Choice to other companies? If so, why? 

OY: Yes, definitely. The speed and reliability of their services are unbeatable. We plan to further expand our partnership in the future. 

CM: Is there anything you hope for in the future? 

OY: An online identification service would be a great addition to enhance security. And I hope Jonas stays with Choice for a long time to come, since I really enjoy working with him.
